Description

The Executive / Leadership coaching package with one of our executive coaches is intended to benefit you, the senior leader or executive, by supporting your personal and performance goals. Your Coach will provide a personal, supportive environment that will encourage new ways of thinking, operating, and influencing to achieve desired organizational and ministry results. Whatever your goal, your coach will partner with you in helping you carefully define your objectives and plan a series of steps to achieve them.

This package includes:

• Wheel of Life Satisfaction
• Reflections for Goal-setting
• A 90-minute initial coaching session to identify your individualized change goal
• 7- 60 minute sessions with your coach.
