CMI’s Coaching with Cultural Intelligence (CCQ) Course is designed to provide coaches with skills, perspectives, and tools that have been proven effective when working with clients from other cultures, or who work in cultures not their own. Through guided study, demonstrations, interactive online classes, peer practices, group mentor coaching, and hands-on cross-cultural coaching experience, participants learn how to adapt their coaching approach, taking into consideration the cultural values that impact the coaching process.
