The CMI scholarship fund was established to help those for whom finding funding for training and coaching is more difficult.
Our vision is that every cross cultural worker would have access to faith based, professional, culturally appropriate coaching and coach training.
CMI’s policy, based on our value that leaders are responsible for their own lives, is that no scholarship will equal the total cost of coaching or training: we believe in leaders investing in their own growth process. Therefore, we do not give full scholarships. Scholarships are made available as CMI has funds.
