Options and Prices
Prices are per-person and do not include travel or transportation to the resort. Your payment will cover lodging and meals, including a special group dinner, as well as training and materials during the retreat. There are single and double rooms available, and an optional pre-retreat training for CMI Trainers (those who have completed our TTT or CTC courses). Families are welcome to attend with their children, but no childcare or programming for children will be provided.

What to Expect
April 1: Pre-Retreat Training Day
For those of who have completed CMI’s Training Transformational Trainers, previously called Coach Trainer Course, join us on Monday, April 1 to receive training on delivering our new 1-Day and 3-Day Workshops. We have developed these workshops as an introduction to coaching concepts and basic coaching skills. The key focus of these workshops is to introduce basic skills — listening well and asking good questions — that participants can begin to use right away in life and leadership.
April 2-4: Retreat
Receive training on Trauma Informed Coaching to clients. Heather Robey, coach and CMI training graduate, will lead this timely and important training. We will also have plenty time in the schedule for connecting with one another and enjoying beautiful Dolphin Bay.
April 5: Breakfast & Departure
